A good question... perhaps they would have...but we had them a week.. then another half week.. then a holiday break arrived.. we could have took them with us.. but that seemed ridiculous.. so we binned them'... Â Funny enough, the greener the banana the better they are for you as they contain the most potassium. As the banana ripens & the sugars take over, the potassium breaks down.
