Ignite Academy Sheffield 20th September 2018 - A better tomorrow

This Thursday, in association with the Festival of the Mind, the Ignite Academy is taking place in the Adlephi room of The Crucible Theatre. This is a fun, geeky event where researchers from the University of Sheffield share their research passions and ideas in just 5 minutes. The theme for this year is 'A better tomorrow'. So, if you always wondered about what soggy Scottish castles can teach us about nuclear waste and zebrafish about heart disease or what the bionic future is going to look like, please join us this Thursday.

The event is for FREE and EVERYONE is WELCOME. It starts at 6:30 pm (doors are open at 6:00) and finishes at around (9:00).
