Ghozer   112 #2 Posted May 7, 2018 Turn it off, then back on, and when you see the windows logo, with the ring of dots, turn it off again (at the power switch on the wall if needed) and repeat this 3 or so times until it comes up with "Repairing Your Computer" (or something like that)  Once that's finished, it will come up with advanced recovery options, and there's an option in there to reinstall/reset windows, run that and it should solve your problem Share this post Link to post Share on other sites Share this content via...
