The Owls come back for a draw and the blades erm..

Recommended Posts

An excellent 70 minutes from the Owls against a very good Stoke team, a lack of concentration cost us early but confidence kicked in after the first goal, if ever a draw feels like a win!

Dem blades, well, Edwards said they played well, though it does seem that they are struggling for goals (Villa aside)

1 point behind dem blades and 4 from the top, we could be top before the end of September!

Well done the boys ,got to be happy when being 2 down after 22 mins to pull off a 2.2 draw to who most would say an must 3 points ? well don't underestimate a decent Stoke City side who did play well .

Did like the late free kick for them when it went well over & wide

Relegation certs.

Seems like we played well in the first half but dropped off in the second. We definitely missed Fleck.

Thankfully we've got two home games next week, so not much time to dwell on this result.

It's come to something when being only a point behind us is seen as an achievement. What a turnaround from a couple of years ago ;)

Not an achievement mate, an achievement is winning something meaningful!

A point behind the future Champions League winners will do for now though
