River Trent advice required

Recommended Posts

Hi I’m looking for any up to date information or general tips etc on barbel fishing on the day ticket stretches of the River Trent at Dunham Bridge, Collingham and the A1 Pits stretch at South Muskham.

I don’t expect to be given anyone’s hard earned secrets or flier peg numbers, just any current advice that would help a big carp angler make the transition to River barbel fisherman.

Tight lines.

It's a bit further down but the Nottingham Piscatorial Society stretch at Fiskerton is decent. Day tickets are available at the post office in the village.
