Coucil and everyone should request details on computer

Does anyone else have problems with the council demand contact should be by computer. Also you cannot talk on the phone direct. As a disabled person and a carer I have this problem with Rotherham Council. This time with Trading standards does my head in. Is it the same in Sheffield?

It's the same in Sheffield, it would be nice if the council had a Disabled/OAP help line which was manned purely by Humans who could put you through to the right department without all the waiting, the press 1 press 2 press3 ETC. I'm not saying to jump the queue, but just to put us in the right queue.

Would Help but then you would be left on the line while they go and get an answer?
