As a disabled person and a carer I have this problem with Rotherham Council. This time with Trading standards does my head in. Is it the same in Sheffield? Itrytoplease   10 #2 Posted September 2, 2018 It's the same in Sheffield, it would be nice if the council had a Disabled/OAP help line which was manned purely by Humans who could put you through to the right department without all the waiting, the press 1 press 2 press3 ETC.
