This "note" story has been doing the rounds for a couple of months now. Either there are a lot of note writers, or theres just one note and viral fake news is going about...

Still it's completely stupid behaviour. I blame brexit myself...

If it was an Alf Garnett style "get your bleedin van orf my drive and bugger orf" it's a massive overreaction and waste of everyone's time, including mine, but I have the luxury of not having to be somewhere else to catch actual criminals and keep the peace.

If is was a Mr Pink style "I'm gonna cut off your ears and feed them to my ferrets" then maybe a word to check the credibility which might lead to an arrest.

I fear we probably already know which it was, but you never know it might not all be a colossal waste of time and money and the occupier of number 14 might do a couple of years in chokey after a successful prosecution.

I think the note writer deserves getting arrested and charged for being abusive to the paramedics.

They could just be a selfish arsehole. There are lots about.

The arrest is a good thing.

We should be doing much more to protect our emergency services from attack and abuse. This is probably at the more minor end of the scale, but that doesn’t make it acceptable.

I’d have arrested her for being unable to use capital letters correctly.

By "verbal abuse" did she hinder or delay the crew? If so then theres an act that deals with that, hence the arrest.
