Stoatwobbler   10 #35 Posted February 24, 2018 I think part of the problem is..the previous deliverer was a company that actually dealt in food stuffs, DHL arent  I'm sure DHL Supply Chain will have a specialist foodstuffs side of the business. I'm also sure that they have bitten off more than they can chew with the KFC contract!  The IT systems also appear to have been a major factor here for a calamity on this scale.  BTW, spare a thought for all the DHL drivers who have been getting non-stop stick from customers on their rounds this week!
