Quatrix program.

A file from a local govt. library can be sent to me either as a jpg via program called Quatrix or as hard copy via snail mail.

This will probably a one off.

Is Quatrix a pay for program and is there another program that will open the file?

I have an iMac with photoshop CS5.

Which should I use?

Hi davyboy, it's a secure sharing platform. Having done a Web search they offer a free one month trial, normally £6 per month. They have online chat option so you could try and get more information from them. As it uses PGP I would have expected the government agency to have provided you with some sort of keys to access the information. Good luck.
