Land for my touring caravan

Hi all I was wondering if anyone on here had spare land or knew of someone who has land they may be willing to rent out to me to stay in my caravan?

I thought caravan sites for people to stay on had to be licenced by the local council. The criteria for determining if a site needs a licence or not is here on .Gov website
