speleo1 Â Â 10 #1 Posted June 14, 2018 just turned laptop on went on to chrome,and this popped up welcomeworkupdate.info,it was trying to freeze computer up stopping things working and asking to call a number to unblock it,managed to shut it down and do a pop up/virus scan,which found nothing, so not sure what it was but a scam,first time this as happened but we know what they are all about, last person on laptop was the wife,on chrome browser on that faceache/book site. so i take it as a browser blocker,googled this but nothing showed about it.
