Reading v Sheffield Wednesday 25/11/17

Another away game where had we beat Bristol a draw would have been adequate, following two draws a win is needed here, Reading are an awkward, ugly side to play against and are struggling after last season 3rd place and play off final.

It wont be a classic.

CC has to make changes to the starting 11....and as mentioned before the Ipswich game draws are no good...we need to start winning games on a consistent basis...

A game we are capable of winning...but not based on the performances of the last two matches...

Another stalemate guys.

If we only get 3 pts from last 3matches after tomorrow's match it will simply be not good enough. We need a motivator in that changing room with some man management skills, who can tell the players the home truth about their performances and it not being good enough. I think the fans would take a draw if we leave every ounce of energy and sweat on the field of play. But when players are wondering about in a pedestrian way as though next year will do, that's whats hard to take. When we get the ball we need to move forward as a unit, never mind what reading might do let the other team worry about our movement for a change, not vice versa. Let's go for it from the off, go 433,insread off 442, as 442 ain't working, get tight when we haven't got the ball, and when we have go direct and run at them and get men forward, as soon as our defence gets the ball, move it out but forward, look to the halfway line or space down the flanks!

Go all out and Carlos should act as though we are 0-1 at the start of the game..heart says 2-1 to us but head says 1-1.

Another dull game I think, we are a boring dull side to watch that look clueless !

I want to see a full-out attacking side, a 5-4 loss (intended) will please me more than a draw. We have so much talent and so little drive.
