No prior aerial experience necessary!  The hour and a half class will involve a warm-up (including some conditioning on and off the equipment) before moving on to climbs, foot locks, hip locks, inverts and beautiful sequences from these moves. Please note the course must be booked for the full six weeks; you cannot book onto some of the dates or turn up on the night without pre booking.  Standard ticket is £65.00 for all six dates.
