A sheffield land lord has been fined £29200 for failing to keep up standards on houses he rents out .is this the sort of wake up call landlords need ?

Oh yes, had the pleasure a few times. One of the least likeable people I've ever met.

I hope the council make sure he doesn't flog the properties and try to do a runner without paying the fines.
