SteelCityAle   10 #1 Posted November 1, 2017 The Rutland are having a sour beer event at the end of the month. Most of the keg taps will go over to sour & wild beers, a couple of cask sours hopefully, and some very interesting Belgian and American bottles. The week is bookended by a Lambic bottle tasting on the Monday and American bottle tasting on Sunday.  Usual Rutland add-ons e.g. sour cocktails, food matching, etc.  Beers confirmed so far:  Keg: Abbeydale - Funk Dungeon Brett Fermented Tangerine Pale Boon - Two Year Old Lambic Burning Sky - Les Amis Du Brassage Hof Ten Dormaal - Kriek The Kernel - London Sour: Damson Mikkeller - Hallo, Ich Bin Berliner Weisse Pineapple To Øl Sur - Tangerine/Mosaic Lemonade Wild Weather Don't Pine For Me Appletina  Cask Abbeydale Sour Cherry Stout Brass Castle Betelgeuse   https://www.facebook.com/events/184111365479645/
 Share this content via...
taxman   12 #2 Posted November 1, 2017 Will they all be £2.60 a pint? Because all beer is the same and I can get John Smith's creamflow for £2.60 so I demand that all beers are that price.
 Share this content via...
SteelCityAle   10 #3 Posted November 1, 2017 £2.60? Do you think I'm made of money? Just as all beers are the same, so too are all pubs, McSpoons has some dross on for 2 quid so I don't expect to pay any more than that.  I also assume the delicious dinners will cost the same as a Burger King happy meal
 Share this content via...
Lurgh Mor   10 #4 Posted November 1, 2017 Won't be here that weekend. Going to a proper beer festival in Larbert near Grangemouth. They'll be serving Heavy AND Lager!
 Share this content via...
