Need to borrow an AIO for a few days

Recommended Posts

Hey, in pursuit of resolving my heat issues with my 7700k, I'm wondering if anyone has an AIO I could borrow for a few days, so I can do some thermal testing vs my HS/F combo..

It's the only remaining factor (the cooler) that could be causing my issues, though i'm highly doubtful of it being...

But it's the only remaining thing I can try, before Intel RMA (for a 2nd time)

What exactly have you tried to get to this stage? I can think of a ton of things that could be causing you thermal issues.

Emails back and forth with Intel and Asus, Intel RMA'd the first CPU..

I got a replacement (better) CPU cooler than I first had..

have tried under-clocking slightly, and under-volting...

Manually set the voltages...

Case side off, Run PC outside case, even run PC in a totally different city for a weekend, with air conditioned room, at around 16c ambient....

tried with iGPU on/off, DDR4 on XMP and not...

Several pages on reddit about the issue with users helping me there...

Talked to several people with similar builds...

oh, and the 20 or so years experience I have building and repairing PC's... :)

Other than another board, or an AIO, I have tried literally everything...

That would be awesome!! - not sure I need the board though, tbh I doubt the board is causing the issues...
