Im getting so many sales calls on my mobile they all seam to be from Rotherham

looking back there's quite a lot from 01709276***

Anyway to block these numbers or report them?

Spoof numbers. They arent even in the UK most likely.

Just tell them to hang on a moment while you close the door then just leave the phone on a table, go back in 5 mins and they will have gone.

I know what you mean, it gets stupid at times but i learned to have fun with them. Now they dont call anymore and i actually miss the occasional call from 'John' selling me random stuff.

These numbers are from Wath Upon Dearn. The call centre capital of South Yorkshire. So presumably its Ventura (now Capita) or one of the other call centres ringing you up to sell you something.

Yes i block each one, but its just the last 3 numbers that keep changing, im sure there all from the same place, cant be a coincidence that they are all 01709276***

My phone has an option to block (Starts with, Ends with,etc)

So I just put first 4 numbers in, that stops them all.

They can change the end numbers but they don't get through.

It's worth registering with TPS.

Doesn't eliminate the problem completely, but reduces it a lot and you can report people who call you anyway which is somewhat satisfying.
