TM Travel driver wouldn't let me use a South Yorkshire Travel Master

Got on the 49 tm at 10.35 last night i showed him my travel master weekly pass which is the £25 one .

He kept saying i could nt use it to killamarsh and to stop arguing as he would check it out when he got back i use this bus every night so i know that i can use it made me so mad and my boyfriend was fuming .

There is some drivers who are brilliant on this route and go out of there way to drop me at a nearer stop he is nt one of them .

I suggest you

a) pick up a leaflet in the bus station and show it to the driver if neccessary

b) complain to TM Travel and copy SYPTE into the complaint.

probably more likely to resolve problems via those channels than via Sheffield Forum.

True, but without coming here den wouldn't have got your advice!

You should contact the company and inform them of what happened. At least then they can educate the driver and stop it happening again x
