Hosted by the inimitable Mr Bling, you and your team must overcome 3 rounds of general knowledge, an audio round and a picture round in order to claim the prize. £30 + more to be won! Throw into the mix some random challenges, spot prizes, lashings of real ale and a completely free buffet with veggie, vegan and gluten-free options and you're onto a winner. 9pm, 50p entry Thursday 31st May: Jam Night Hosted by Sheffield legend Chris Firminger and backed by his regular house band The TwoJays, this evening provides a platform for musicians from all over Sheffield and further afield. Renowned for the musicians it attracts, the Thursday Jam sees regular attendance and performance from the likes of Julian Jones, The Carnival, Open Jaw Fayre, The Crashers, Grave Danger, Fahrenheit, Vamp and many more. Full backline and P.A. provided, come watch or join in. 8.30pm, free entry Friday 1st June: The Carnival Sheffields answer to a question Bono never asked. If you like beer, loud music, bad language and an awesome night out get y'selves to a Carnival gig whenever possible. It's a cure for the working week. 5 albums, 1 E.P. and many, many jaunts around the world later they're still here doing what they do best, playing loud rock/blues and having fun. 9.30pm, free entry Saturday 2nd June: Blaze Classic and modern rock covers from a band who've really got it all. Their first appearance at The White for 2018, are they capable of taming the Lion? Last year they showed their mettle and we expect more of the same! 9.30pm, free entry Sunday 3rd June: Chris McMahon's Folk Afternoon Hosted by renowned musician Chris McMahon of Treebeard, a Sunday afternoon session of folk music. Expect traditional, expect contemporary, expect the unexpected! This month's guest are The Stamp Collectors. Last playing here in November 2017 and going down a treat, they're a folk band who play acoustic renditions of classics old and new. 3.30 pm, free entry.
