Ghozer   112 #13 Posted June 20, 2018 I just created an account just to say that I have the same issue. The only thing I see different on Win 10 1803, is that Crystaldiskmark doesn offer to instal .net framework. seems an win10 issue.  Odd, I did think it was .net - but I already had 2.0 installed (due to other things installing it as a prerequisite) which is what confused me...  I don't know what to suggest to try and fix it...
