What about the unacceptable face that is kept secret? Doing favours for each other, dodgy deals, promotions, turning a blind eye to wrong doing, cover ups etc.

You are not permitted to discuss any religion in a Lodge meeting because that's not what it's for. Contunially doing so gets you blackballed and ejected.

I know of an Asian businessman who is a Freemason, nice enough fellow and I was surprised when I first found out as I thought non white people would not be allowed as members.

Half the police involved in the Hillsborough disaster were freemasons. Look how long it took for the truth to come out.

 

It took 30+ years of digging and serious investigation by a group of people who simply would not give up.

So what - half of them weren't.

The truth is a matter of opinion and not as subjective as faded memories make us think.

I see that differently - why should they tell us?

Do people want to know so that we can mock them and abuse them?

As i've said before working class societies operate just like the Freemasons and we aren't trying to ridicule or pose allegations against them.

RAOB have secret ceremonies, but why should we be bothered.

I also know an Asian businessman here in Chesterfield who is a Freemason. I don't really know much about Freemasonry so I had a look online and it states that males of any race / religion can become members. Rightly so in my opinion. I wouldn't be welcomed though as I am female.
