Not sure this season but last season this is the only way we bought our tickets. The queue was quite long at times though.

In a word, NO. Tickets must be purchased from the ticket office. No cash on turnstiles. I understand the ticket office opens till 7.00 pm on Fridays so you should be able to avoid the BIG queues prior to kick-off.

Not strictly true, there have been instances where staff stand near turnstiles and sell tickets direct.

you can buy tickets on match day but only from the ticket office your best off getting there early tho to avoid the long wait
