* H *   10 #1 Posted July 5, 2016 (edited) Batigol Cup 2016 | Sheffield Wednesday Fans vs Sheffield United Fans Saturday 9th July | 12:30pm | Concord Sports Centre, Sheffield  This Saturday sees the second annual Batigol Cup fundraising football match between Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United fans. The Batigol Cup pits two teams of wannabe footballers against each other with two common goals:  -To remember Mr Julian Batty, a Wednesday fan who sadly passed away in January 2015, aged 38 -To continue the amazing fundraising achieved by Julian himself  Weston Park Cancer Charity This year’s game aims to raise £1800.00 for Weston Park Cancer Charity through online donations and money raised on the day of the event through raffle ticket sales and donations.  Spectators The game is open to spectators and we would love to see as many people as possible coming to cheer on their team and support this fantastic event.  For more information Full details are on the Batigol Cup website: http://www.batigolcup.co.uk  including information on the venue, times, Weston Park Cancer Charity and how you can donate to this fantastic cause.  You can also follow the event on Facebook and Twitter for all the latest updates (please see the above website for links).  Hopefully we’ll see you there!
