Ms Macbeth   73 #1 Posted May 7, 2018 In the past I've bought tickets as gifts for my husband and son by queuing at the Crucible. I'm poorly ATM so thought I'd ring this morning. I expected the lines to be busy, but I'm confused. I haven't once had an engaged tone, it rings about three or four times then cuts off. Has anyone had any joy buying next year's tickets by phone yet?
 Share this content via...
Fudbeer   12 #2 Posted May 7, 2018 They are notorious for having phone and internet issues.  Friend of mine went down last year and because the web was down she got front row tickets for many matches and tickets for todays final!  She queued on Saturday night for next years tickets and got them. Ms Macbeth   73 #3 Posted May 7, 2018 They are notorious for having phone and internet issues. Friend of mine went down last year and because the web was down she got front row tickets for many matches and tickets for todays final!  She queued on Saturday night for next years tickets and got them.   I got through eventually, but then had to hang on for ages, but at least I got tickets. Unfortunately there were none left for the middle Saturday evening which was our preferred session.
 Share this content via...
