Eating cake doesn't mean you can't be fit. I workout and enjoy healthy meals and still enjoy coffee and cakes with friends. It's all about moderation.

Hi,

I am running a brand new, fun group programme for pregnant women and new mums in Sheffield based around group support and physical activity. The programme runs for 6 weeks and lasts around an hour. It is a free programme to attend, commissioned by Sheffield City Council.

- Zest Centre = Monday 10-11am
- Darnall Children's Centre = Wednesday 10am-11am.
-Shooters Grove Children's Centre = 1-2pm

The groups will be a lot of fun and will help you to exercise safely and try out some new activities!

I am looking to set up more programmes in different areas so please let me know if you are interested.

Many thanks

Natalie.
