Any one celebrating Valentines Day this year?

Recommended Posts

The meaning of Valentine's Day seems to have changed since I was young. Back then it was all about sending anonymous cards to the people you fancied and hopefully receiving some. The fun was in trying to figure out who they were from. Nobody "celebrated" it or wished each other Happy Valentine's Day.

Spent Valentine's night in Gretna Green in 2006. In a twin room with a fellow supporter having watched our team get gubbed 4-0 in a Cup replay, it was not the most romantic of evenings. However, the antics of the many newlyweds and their families lightened our mood!

I, am not:gag:. I think it's a commercial gimmick used to make money. And I'd still think that even if I wasn't single!:)
