Nice clean design ,is it using a cms system like Joomla, Drupal or Dolphin?

I have created a community website for Darnall, Tinsley, Attercliffe and Wincobank under http://www.sheffield9.net which uses Oxwall software. The Dolphin was too costly to get all the features I wanted.
