Epsom printer oversized problem

Can anyone help sort out this problem? My friend printed some boarding passes but everything is oversized and printing multiple copies. Thanks for any help given. Alan.

On my Canon printer when you get the page up with the printer instructions like how many pages and so forth at the bottom is a window which says fit to frame. If you untick this it should print properly. Also there is a box asking you how many copies you want.Or at least on mine it does.
