TheLantern   10 #1 Posted September 3, 2009 As part of the Heritage Open Day event The Lantern Theatre is opening it's doors to the everyone for a tour of this fascinating Grade II listed Victorian Theatre.  Admission is FREE and the dates and times are:  Thursday 10th September 2-00 p.m. to 8-00 p.m. Friday 11th September 2-00 p.m. to 6-00 p.m. Saturday 12th September 10-00 p.m. to 4-00 p.m. Sunday 13th September 10-00 p.m. to 4-00 p.m.  So if you've always wanted to have a look around this lovely old theatre and have a peek behind the scenes now's your chance!  Refreshments will be available and the bar will be open - come and sample our very own Lantern Theatre Ale!   For more information visit our website at: http://www.lanterntheatre.org.uk or the Heritage Open Days website at http://www.heritageopendays.org.uk  Heritage Open Days celebrates England's fantastic architecture and culture by offering free access to properties that are usually closed to the public or normally charge for admission.
