Top Cats Hat   10 #86 Posted August 18, 2018 "Three people were injured in the incident which is being treated by prosecutors as terrorism due to the location, methodology and alleged targeting of civilians and police officers."  That sounds well dodgy.  Presumably the reason he has only been charged with attempted murder is because terrorism charges would be immediately thrown out by the first court that heard them.
