#James# Â Â 10 #5 Posted January 4, 2011 Erm, only enough to run a few outdoor lights. 600w or above should do it, don't need a biggie, 2 stroke should be fine.
 Share this content via...

retired   10 #8 Posted March 13, 2011 Those made in China gennies are a waste of time particular the Wolf Brand. Something to do with the carbs and our petrol. Stick to Honda engines.  Most Hire shops hire out generators.
 Share this content via...
dunsel   10 #9 Posted March 13, 2011 Better to buy and then sell on. You have come-back if anything goes wrong. Expensive at first but worth it in the long run.
 Share this content via...
garrence   10 #10 Posted March 13, 2011 Generators from the tool hire co's can have large fluctuations in output voltage, which is OK because they are for running plant. If you want to power something more sensitive to voltage fluctuations, such as sound equipment, you may need a generator with Auto Volt Regulation.
