Problems? Please read here first (Updated)

Before you post in this forum, Please be sure to follow these simple guide lines...

When explaining the problem, please include any relevant information. For example:

- Please be as descriptive as you can in your post title, "Please help me" isn't a good title, were-as, "Windows wont boot, it blue screens" is

- What operating system (e.g. 7, 8.1, 10, Linux, OSX, etc).

- Which program (e.g. Word, MediaPlayer, etc).

- If there is an error message, then please include what it says.

- If it concerns a web browser, then which is it and what version? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari etc).

- When you say you can't connect then say if your using wireless or not, and include any relevant information such as router make and model, and maybe who your ISP is (e.g. BT, Virgin, AOL, etc)

If you don't do this then people trying to help will just ask these questions anyway and it'll take longer to solve the problem.
