Speed cameras onPrince of Wales road are not in use in both directions

At both locations there are monitoring cables across the carriageway.

I would assume that they are assessing if they still need to be there.

Are they covered up to keep warm now winter is here ?

The poles have been changed/painted too.

Now at a guess, that 1or2 or maybe three or four residents of the manor (Lower Manor) got that fed up with them that, they put them out of action and painted the pole's red and white?
