atticus   97 #1 Posted April 18, 2018 Congratulations to Leon Clarke on his inclusion in the Championship PFA team of the season; as chosen by fellow professionals .  Some said he had no chance of scoring 10 goals:) I said ,he works hard , but doesn't know where the net is. Well done for proving many of us wrong.
 Share this content via...
SomeNextGuy   10 #2 Posted April 18, 2018 Brilliant season, I think even us Blades didn't really think he had it in him. An incredible haul. Well done Leon.
 Share this content via...

Robbie Loving   10 #4 Posted April 18, 2018 He's proven me wrong this season, that said, his finishing is woeful at times. His work rate and goal returns have been fantastic, especially considering his failure at this level before.  Well done Leon
 Share this content via...
Treeman893 Â Â 10 #5 Posted April 18, 2018 Yep well done Leon but the credit must go to Wilder. He has found a way to get him performing when no other manager could.
 Share this content via...
Naive   10 #6 Posted April 18, 2018 I’m not totally surprised by this. Leon always had talent, he just lacked attitude. It seems as though he’s combined the two, so well done to him.  He’s not scored many this year though, has he? Is it three since New Years Day? Well done for proving many of us wrong.  Yes that was me and funnily enough no one disagreed at the time, its great what hindsight can do.  It was once said of Sgt Wilko's SWFC team that he could play a post up front and it would get 20 goals a season, the same applies here. SomeNextGuy   10 #12 Posted April 18, 2018 It is.  Excellent observation.  I was just pointing out that he’s gone off the boil a bit.  His finishing has been really dodgy for a while. Three goals in his last four games though, so I hope he can grab a few more and finish the season off strongly.
 Share this content via...
