katie-   10 #1 Posted April 25, 2018 Hi,  I am thinking of applying for a job in the public advice centre in Sheffield giving advice on the phone and online.  Has anyone here worked there and is willing to advise on their experience please?  The interview does ask for experience and they are offering okish pay, but I am worried about it being typical call centre work with monitored toilet breaks, stupid targets and resultant high turnover!  If I got it I would be leaving a job so I want to make sure it's the right position  Thanks!
