Hotmale 1954 Â Â 201 #13 Posted May 22, 2018 All good intentions from everyone involved, and it's great to see. It puts the 'top' 6 Premier League clubs (and their players) to shame. EVERY smaller club that gets in to financial trouble should be helped by the 'bigger' clubs who can afford it, provided the sinking club haven't been reckless. All for one and one for all. All for one and one for all.  I agree but the big six are driven by greed .With all their millions it would be a drop in the ocean to them but the richer they become the more they want while they produce a unlevel playing field for the other 80 odd clubs. It is obscene what they pay them selves and the money they are prepared to pay each other for mediocre players to sit on the bench . Ontarian1981   10 #15 Posted May 22, 2018 Danny Graham chipped in £2k. Jeff Stelling is poised to steer a supporters trust and/or pony up as required.  Hartlepool have been dodging bullets since before I was born. It will be tough but they'll dodge this one too.  Yes, they have always been strugglers financially, I remember Brian Clough and Peter Taylor managing the team without any pay in the 60s, before that duo went onto greater things. St Petre   85 #16 Posted May 22, 2018 (edited) I think most fans would rally round to save a club I know I would apart from one at Sheff 6 and West Ham :hihi:  Which Sheff 6 club are you referring to ? Wadsley Bridge WMC perhaps ? as for West Ham, are you bringing up the limping dog of a story of Tevez again ?  ---------- Post added 22-05-2018 at 17:48 ----------  I think most fans would rally round to save a club I know I would apart from one at Sheff 6 and West Ham :hihi:  Which Sheff 6 club are you referring to ?
