Not receiving emails!

My cousin in Ireland swears that he has replied to my two emails, but I haven't received them. He was quite annoyed when I suggested he might have had the wrong email address.

I can find no trace of the replies in emails, spam or trash. Any ideas?

Send one to him and get him to reply. That way it'll rule out him getting your email address wrong. It might be that his email provider has been blacklisted. It can happen but I'd suggest trying the reply mail first.

Send your cousin an email, saying reply using the Reply option in their email client or email web-browser.

If you get the reply, then the email address in your cousin's address list is incorrect.
