You not only know your stuff but you can explain it to others in a way that everyone (maybe) should be able to understand. What's your view then in terms of why the stuff is being priced so highly? Because from what you've said, with the exception of the cask being disposable, all the other aspects suggest it should have lower production costs?  I'm not exactly sure but I think Thornbridge are putting more hops in the Keykeg beers to ensure there is still strong flavour detectable.
