alchresearch   214 #13 Posted March 22, 2018 On top of that its something else on mi cv as apart from IT qualifications i dont actually have any IT work experience really, couple of voluntary ones and helping out with IT on the training courses ive participated in.  A friend of mine was in the same boat. Worked in retail for decades, little IT experience but knew it inside out, no employers willing to take a chance.  I got him a voluntary job one day a week at my place.
