Should have thought it was fairground originated, but to knock a duck off, well, one got a prize, didn't .......... one? LOL

That is so frustrating and it happens so often, do you think they programme them to make us take extra warranty out?

What's knocked my duck off? MY husband making some arrangements to go somewhere without checking first, we already have something to do that day, and I don't really like the people he has made the arrangements with

You should try returning the item and stating that something that fails in one year can't really be fit for purpose, most of the bigger stores are sympathetic to this argument.
