"whitening" is a generic phrase. It often means removing the stains that regular brushing cannot sort.

I used the home whitening kit from The Centre of Dentistry in Archer Road Sainsburys. It was £159 and worked brilliantly. Would highly recommend.

I had mine done by my own dentist. I would think most offer a whitening service now. I'd given up smoking and thought I deserved a spruce up. Very pleased with the results.
