Noticed it was open again yesterday.

 

Yeah - the frontage has had a bit of an overhaul aswell it looks good.

No sign of pizzas last night. There were a couple of Bradfield beers on, and a rather older clientele than previously. I would say that it is reverting to type.

It's ok in a nice Italian restaurant, but I was referring to the observation about reverting to type.

Makes you wonder how well the new management will run this pub if they think welcome is spelt "wellcome". A 4 year old could spell that right :rolleyes:

I see it now has the sports channels on several screens. So maybe it's just a Ball overspill place now.

It was far busier as a mr q’s than it ever has been since.

Yes - I’m always keen to check on a landlords spelling ability as soon as I walk into a pub.......:roll:

As I said a 4 year old could well be able to spell welcome. Doesnt really bode well :rolleyes:

Oooohh no - it’s the first thing on the list for me when I go in a pub.

 

“A pint please landlord......hang on......before you pull it - can you spell welcome?”
