Noticed it was open again yesterday.

Yeah - the frontage has had a bit of an overhaul aswell it looks good.

Is the pizza oven back in business?

No sign of pizzas last night. There were a couple of Bradfield beers on, and a rather older clientele than previously. I would say that it is reverting to type.

It's ok in a nice Italian restaurant, but I was referring to the observation about reverting to type.

Makes you wonder how well the new management will run this pub if they think welcome is spelt "wellcome". A 4 year old could spell that right

I see it now has the sports channels on several screens. So maybe it's just a Ball overspill place now.

It was far busier as a mr q’s than it ever has been since.
