Can anyone let me know the forum's stance on GDPR?

And FOI Act?

Can a moderator or official let me know what the stance of the forum on this topic is?

As a forum hosted in the UK, there must be an official policy.

Why?

GDPR is about protection an sharing of user date. the forum has no real names, contact numbers, addresses, or any other identifiable date. it also does not contact users at all

what part of GDPR are you thinking has a connection with this forum?

You give your real name and details when you join like I did so it does have personal details of members.
Did you give false details when you signed up to the forum?

I am also thinking of the situation where a mamber makes an allegation against another member which might or might not result in suspension of one or another member - what legal recourse is there?
