Looking for a good vegetable shop in Sheffield.

Recommended Posts

I'm new to Sheffield and I'm vegetarian. I can use supermarkets but I don't always like the quality of their vegetables. I don't mind travelling so I'm curious to know of any good vegetable shops in Sheffield.

Beanies might fit the bill if your happy to pay for organically grown stuff

Thank you that seems like exactly what I'm looking for. They have good opening hours.

Have you tried them?

There is also a nice one on Crookes and one in Hills that may both be a little cheaper than Beanies :)

One on Glossop Rd, not quite opposite Hallamshire Hospital.

Seven Hills Bakery on Sharrowvale Rd also sells fruit n veg, as well as great bread and pastries.

Netheredge farmers market is also worth a visit, plenty of home grown and allotment grown veg for sale there.
