mafya   246 #181 Posted August 31, 2014 That's the one that the maylasian newspaper used (new strait times?) in Erebus detailed critique. Any idea what the Netherlands take on all this is - considering it was their countrymen littered across the Ukrainian countryside?  Dutch intellectuals apologise to Putin for lies about flight MH17,Syria and Ukraine= http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/25981/53/
 Share this content via...
tinfoilhat   11 #182 Posted August 31, 2014 Dutch intellectuals apologise to Putin for lies about flight MH17,Syria and Ukraine= http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/25981/53/  Ah so some Dutch intellectuals have the inside track on this - a quick google of this chap brings up David Ickes website fairly quickly. Nearly a fortnight and that's the best you've got?  But, I don't speak Dutch so alot of the links google brought up meant nothing to me. If only we had a Dutch speaker in our midst to try and convey the general feeling of what's going on in the Netherlands.
 Share this content via...
tzijlstra   11 #183 Posted August 31, 2014 I hear your call TFH but I am travelling back to the UK today, so be patient, I will look at it in detail, it is news to me, perhaps indicative of Dutch media?
 Share this content via...

tzijlstra   11 #185 Posted August 31, 2014 Right, I can't find the letter for some reason, but Cees Hamelink is an interesting character with a lot to gain. Although he is a retired professor he is a keen invited speaker for conferences, a nice career if you can get it. If you can get it by plling off publicity stunts like this, it is even better.  Need to do some more digging, but at the moment I just want to go to bed after travelling for 10 hours today. I'm not using your language skills to prove mafia wrong but I'm naturally suspicious of one off events such as this used to prove an argument someone supports. melthebell   863 #187 Posted May 24, 2018 The Dutch led investigative team say the missile DID come from a Russian unit http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-44235402  He said that after studying all available photos and footage, investigators had been able to trace the convoy to Russia's 53rd brigade, which consists of 300 people based in Kursk in western Russia.  *awaits the usual suspects*
 Share this content via...
