HalimaSagira   10 #1 Posted May 19, 2018 Do you know any runners / climbers or active folk?  I run yoga classes at Kenwood Hall in Nether Edge, and on a Sunday night at 7pm - 8.15pm ; the class is a little more challenging and aimed at building strength and creating stretch and flexibility for those who run & climb (but it's great for all active people too!).  with balance work, shoulder openers and all round strengthening, this class is less spiritual and gentle than my other classes and more like power yoga.
