The Joker 10 #3 Posted July 2, 2016 I think this is long overdue to be honest. If they come over here to work in English business`s , they should speak our language whilst at work . I have a much better idea. Tell the company to pay their workers a decent wage and employ English workers only. This would affect the company's profits, but it's a small price to pay to reclaim their sovereignty.
 Share this content via...
chalga 10 #4 Posted July 2, 2016 This is a good idea, foreign workers can improve their English instead of continuing to speak in their native language and not furthering their English, the more fluent they become, the more advantage it will give them over people who can only speak one language when it comes to employment prospects in any country. Very true. Important to stress though that if two Polish workers find it quicker or safer to communicate something to each other they will not be disciplined for doing so in the language they find easiest. Jakeypoos 10 #12 Posted July 3, 2016 It is essential in the workplace that people speak the same language for many reasons, so that people don't think others are talking about them behind their back to ease cohesion and also that people understand what Country they are in and its also polite.
