On it! ?  ---------- Post added 24-10-2017 at 10:19 ----------  Please don't do that, Western civilisation would crumble.  Don't worry, on reflection I was clearly having a blip! ?? onlineo   10 #15 Posted October 25, 2017 There is not much simple aside from re decorating and staging that can help these. If you can get any of the free insulation deals of moneysaving expert do it as they will add value. I for instance wont buy a house that isn't correctly insulated unless it is a total doer upper, and priced accordingly.
 Share this content via...
Jeffrey Shaw   90 #16 Posted October 31, 2017 Double-glazing and full insulation are good value. Painting/redecorating aren't.
 Share this content via...
biotechpete   10 #17 Posted November 1, 2017 Double-glazing and full insulation are good value. Painting/redecorating aren't.  On a terrace in Walkley, there's no cavity so dry lining is (almost) the only option for insulation. As far as pay back, it's not really worth it. To get it done professionally costs loads and doesn't add a great deal of value.
 Share this content via...
