onlineo   10 #85 Posted February 26, 2017 Cheapest option is to put it in a loft, cellar, garage etc. Failing that you could lock of one bedroom and put anything in there, Ive seen this done a lot for short term airbnb lets but never for long stays.  You could rent a cheap garage, or leave the house furnished but I would never ever use any of the big yellow storage things or there competitors. The prices are high and usually go up with time. Lets say 2 years turns into 3 but the storage company decides to hike your rates 4 fold...
