Grappler   12 #49 Posted October 23, 2017 The bill was paid. What's not to understand?  It was paid, eventually, but you ended up in court for non payment, what's not to understand?
 Share this content via...
chalga   10 #50 Posted October 23, 2017 (edited) I surveyed a job at your ground in late July, I have some very interesting photos that would certainly stop your spouting about Bramall Lane being some sort of modern wonder of the world. Can you name any of the local businesses that suffered?  Good to have you back after your few year abscence.  For the record a winding up order is for a tax bill thats overdue, MM settled before the final due date.  The judge told you that you were trading whilst insolvent, and probably using HMRC money to do it. chalga   10 #54 Posted October 23, 2017 (edited) It never went to court so who was this Judge Dredd?  No idea, but it was Companies court 55: http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/mattslater/2010/11/wednesdays_woes_on_hold_for_no.html    Here's a flavour of it for you:  So two months later, Wednesday are back in court owing £600,000, although by this stage it isn't even that amount. It is actually £1.4m because of interest, late-payment penalties and VAT.  That sounds like a court to me.
